Urban people want to grow stuff, but have no land. Suburban folks have enough land in their back yards, but often need help with the maintenance. Kaupunkirenki unites them!
It’s a fair trade: the ”peasant” gets a plot for farming, and pays the rent by working in the landlord’s garden. A currency rate 1m2 = 1h work is our recommendation.
