Where do the people of Helsinki get great food?
Helsinki is in a golden age of food, but hopefully this is just the beginning. In 2009, Måndag was involved in launching the food culture strategy for the City of Helsinki. Måndag made sure that the strategic communication of the project was both participatory and influential. The main goals were creating a hype around farmers’ markets and market halls, supporting urban farming and a program for organic children’s food, composting and developing environmental responsibility as well as fitting the culinary culture together with the design capital status.
